The Queen of Cups : Um, because it's my Dark Mistress.

X of Cups : Lygolas' rebirth. The healing touch of the goddess brings only life. And I love the red edging on her sleeves.

The Moon : As the Lovers does Mara, the Moon makes me, if a he-man, tough guy can, swoon. The marriage of Light and Dark. He hovers over her, craving just that simple, chaste touch. What ever she promises in her eyes, he is content and complete where he is.

Strength : Gods, at times I need to see her, just to empower myself to face the day. Boldly, defiantly she surrenders herself to the wind as she stands at the edge of the high wall. If the wind falters, she will surely pitch forward to the ground. But right her, right now, she is literally letting it all hang out. Is this but another picture of my Dark Mistress? Of course it is.

Any and all of the Twos : Balance and Wisdom. My gods but Joseph nailed these. The balanced crossed swords and wands, the reverberation of the two over and over again in the cups, and the chain as a scale in the pentacles.
