The classic 1922 silent film NOSFERATU will air on New Years' Eve, hosted by Dr. Gangrene, on the WB58 Creature Feature in Nashville TN. The film has been audio-enhanced to include the music of Nox Arcana exclusively!
For those of you who live near Nashville and in parts of Southern Kentucky, this will be a real treat. Others might be able to pick up the show via Satellite. The Doc emailed us to say that the music was perfect for this film, and we are awaiting a copy of the show so we can experience it too.
This is the first time the music of Nox Arcana has been used in a film, and what could be better than to premiere in such a vampire classic as this!

Now, I know some will ask, "How can I get a copy of the audio-enhanced film on dvd?" Well, we're working on that. Nox Arcana's music was sync'd into the film by Dr. Gangrene's editor for a special New Years' Eve showing, but we are looking into the possibility of making a dvd available to the public. I'm sure there's some legal mumbo jumbo to consider, and once that hurdle is out of the way, we'll want to make it very cool with artwork and special features... but we'll just have to be patient and see how everything works out. For now, we're just thrilled to have Nox Arcana's music attached to such a classic and rare film.
