It is a wonderful piece! Do not worry about calling it art though, as I noticed the 'if you can call it art' line. Art is solely in the eye of the creator, and there are MANY different kinds. You should be happy with your art work, as it is a visual represetation of yourself. So do not ever think your artwork is pitiful, and keep on creating your own masterpieces. If I need to provide an example, just look at some art in the museums. I can almost assure you that you will find something that just appears to be blotches of paint, or just lines. The creator of that did not look down on himself, and actually managed to get that into a museum, and probably make a lot of money from it. The real art appreciator will be able to look at a piece, and find some sort of beauty. I had a friend at one time that simply sketched things, and our art teacher actually suggested she submit her sketches into the school's judged art gallery. She didn't think much of it, but tried it anyways, AND IT MADE IT IN! Not only that, someone actually put a bid on it to buy! So even if you do not think much of your work, although you definitly should, you never know what can happen if you just go with it. Keep it up! And thank you for sharing your work with us. It is always nice to see or read other people's creations.
