I suppose I should begin by saying 'hello.' My name is Armadio Hugo Reid and I am happy to be here amongst a community where I hope I can find acceptance. I'm from a very small town and goths, vampires and the like find little in the way of open arms from others here. As for myself I am an average man with just a few eccentricities. I enjoy music of most kinds and I find great satisfaction in horror films. I prefer quiet and isolation but I do enjoy meeting new people - which I look forward to doing here! I look forward to a long and happy stay here at Monolith

Greetings Armadio. Welcome to the Monolith Graphics forums. It's a pleasure to have you with us. I can relate to your liking of quiet, though I am neither goth, nor vampire. I can tell you this though, if you like music of all kinds, you will love the music of Nox Arcana. No matter how familiar or unfamiliar you are with it, it will draw you in quickly. They are the best band I know of for creating darkly ambient mood music, and they are very versatile as well. I've been a fan for two years now. 2008 will be my third year as a fan, and I do not plan to stop ever at all.

Well actually, I've been with them since the start and I must agree that the music they make is definately some of the best I've ever heard. It draws one into a menagerie of darksome shadows and haunted vistas. I listen to them mostly for inspiration in my writtings - which I still have yet to publish.

You are not alone in being inspired to write by this music. Indeed, my own poetic muse has been awakened as well, thanks in no small part to Nox Arcana's pure aural brilliance. I wish you all the luck in the world with own publication.
