Im very happy to say that Ive just had my debut novel published (a dark fantasy adventure) and would love to swap thoughts and opinions on what makes a compelling read. They pulled out all of the stops and did a great job on this. It's oversized (14x12), so the art gets plenty of page space. Each film gets about fifty pages apiece, and it's nothing but page after page of concept art, whether done by brush, pencil or mouse.

I was completely blown away by the arguments that the monster gave explaining its actions and how he really felt... before that I had forgotten that the monster was more human than humans...

Just thought I'd share some great news. For those of you who have read Stephen King's The Dark Tower series, it has just come out as a comic series done by Marvel. It came out on the 7th and I just ran out to get my copy. I've only read a few panels and I'm hooked, the artwork is fantastic. This is going to be one epic series.
