I have decided to post one of my poems, as a few of mine may be to violent, or self destructive, which is against the board rules. I decided on this one
because it actually won me second place in a talent competition, and is probably the safest to post. Hopefully it won't be too bad, as I'm not exactly
sure where the line gets drawn. But if anyone would like to read the rest of mine, simply PM me, and I will send you the others. My style is more of a dramatic

I am very pleased to see others that enjoy his masterpieces. For me, it all started at a local store I walked into. I looked through the posters and lo and
behold I was fortunate enough to lay my eyes upon several of Mr. Vargo's masterpieces and was immediately spellbound by the sheer compostion of them. I
The Apparitions
I was alone in the dim, dim darkness,
The wind blew in with such agressiveness.
The dark shadows formed, the air turned cold,
I saw dark figures from the days of old.
They were as terrible as the daybreak,

They formed around me, they made the earth quake.

I cowered in fear as they said their names,

Their dark forms were surrounded in red...

I wear an ebon dress with a moonbeam,
Thing may not be what they seem
My shadow stirs in the dim candlelight,
When I rise to roam the dead of the night.
Haunted memories of bygone lovers
Centuries of dust on my covers

Past lovers fell to the shadow of graves,

To the night, I am its unwilling slave

The cost for eternal life was so dear,

Night after night I live in greatest fear....

My darkened heart that had been torn apart.
